Steps:
4.2 Synthesis of [Intermediate 4-b]
Foil as wrapping 1 L three-necked round bottom flask in the intermediate 4-a] (12 g, 0.071 mol), isopentyl nitrite (24.9 g, 0.213 mol), dichloromethane (300 ml) and the mixture stirred and refluxed, nilrik the anthranilic Acid (9.7 g, 0.071 mol) dissolved in acetone (150 ml) was added slowly over 60 minutes. Stirring and reflux for 3 hours and was concentrated under reduced pressure and the solvent was lowered to room temperature. Separated by column chromatography to obtain [intermediate 4-b]. (7.5 g, 57% yield)
