A solution of compound 1s in EtOH was prepared. To a solution of compound 1s (170 mg, 0.7 mmol) in EtOH (5 mL) was added commercially available thiourea (84 mg, 1.1 mmol), and the reaction was heated to 120° C. and stirred at reflux for 4 hours. After the TCL detection reaction was completed, suction filtration was performed, and the precipitate was washed with anhydrous EtOH, and spin-dried to obtain compound 2s, 112 mg (white solid), with a yield of 67%.
