Step 2. 23.00g of L-(+)-tartaric acid is added to a reaction bottle containing 312.28g of water under the protection of nitrogen, and 31.22g of the compound of formula (III) is added dropwise at a temperature of 30 to 35°C. The speed is 10~15g/h. After dripping, the temperature is raised to 85~90 to keep the reaction, until it is completely dissolved. Filter while hot. The filtrate is cooled to 30. To the reaction solution, 30% lye was added dropwise to adjust the pH to 9~10, stirred for 2h, extracted twice with DCM, the organic phases were combined, washed once with saturated brine, dried, and concentrated under reduced pressure at 25°C to obtain (R)-4 -Chlorobenzylamine, detected by GC, yield 70%, purity 98%.
