Reaction Conditions:

Steps:

1.1 Synthesis of 2,4-di-t-butyl-6-chloro-1,3,5-triazine
Cyanuric chloride (4.18g, 22.7mmol) and copper iodide (0.15g, 0.77mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (23 mL) solution of, Grignard reaction agent (t- butyl magnesium chloride, 0.50M, 91.0mL , it was dropped 45.4mmol) under a nitrogen atmosphere, at 0 . After completion of the dropwise addition, 4 hours reaction was stirred, diluted with saturated aqueous ammonium chloride solution (100 mL), and extracted with diethyl ether. The organic layer was washed with distilled water, dried with sodium sulfate, filtered, and concentrated. The obtained residue was purified by column chromatography (hexane / ethyl acetate = 9: 1) at separation and purification, 2,4-di -t- butyl-6-chloro-1,3,5-triazine (4.89 g, 95% yield). 95% yield, white solid;
