Dissolve aminomalonylbutyl cyanide terephthalate 27a (2.02 g, 8.04 mmol) and 2-oxopropanal-1-oxime (700 mg, 8.04 mmol) in isopropanol (15 mL).The reaction was stirred at 25 degrees Celsius for 12 hours.After the reaction was completed, compound 27b (1.02 g, 84.5% yield) was obtained by filtration.
