16.2 Step 2: Preparation of 2-bromo-dibenzo[b,d]furan-3-amine (16b)
Dibenzo[b,d]furan-3-amine (16a) (400 mg, 2.19 mmol) was dissolved in CHCl3 (20 mL) at room temperature. NBS (389 mg, 2.19 mmol) was added at 0 °C, followed by stirring at room temperature overnight. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography (mobile phase: petroleum ether/ethyl acetate=10:1) to obtain 400 mg of the title product as a yellow solid, yield: 69.8%.
