The title compound in this step was prepared according to the method described in step 4 of Example 4, ie, 2,4_dichloro_5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinazoline (3.21 g, 15.8 lmmo 1) and sodium hydroxide solution (100mL, 1mol/L) and tetrahydrofuran (12mL)Reaction at 60°C for 12h. The obtained crude product was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography (petroleum ether/ethyl acetate (ν/ν) = 4/1) to obtain the standardThe title compound (white solid, 2.61g, 91%).
