A mixed solution of nitric acid (1.6 mL, 70%) in concentrated sulfuric acid (1.6 mL, 98%) was added dropwise to a solution of compound 7 (2.0 g) in concentrated sulfuric acid (12 mL, 98%) at minus 15 degrees Celsius.After the addition, the mixed system was stirred for 2 hours at minus 15°C, the reaction solution was slowly poured into ice water and stirred for 5 minutes, filtered with suction, washed with water, collected and dried under reduced pressure to obtain compound 8 (2.5g, yield: 97%).
