Steps:
6.1 Step 1: Preparation of 2-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-5-ol
Dissolve 3-amino-5-methylpyrazole (10g) in absolute ethanol (100mL), add sodium ethoxide (21g) and 1,3-dimethyluracil (7.2g) at room temperature, and heat to Stir at 80°C overnight. After LCMS showed that the reaction was complete, add 3M aqueous hydrochloric acid to the reaction system, adjust the pH to 3, concentrate the reaction solution, extract twice with ethyl acetate, combine the organic phases, dry with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrate to obtain 8.8g of the target compound without purification. It can be used directly in the next reaction.
