General procedure for the synthesis of Triazolbenzo[d]thiazoles
General procedure: 1a-c/2a-c or 14 (0.77 mmol) was added to a dry round-bottom flask in THF (7 ml) followed by CuI (0.77 mmol), DIPEA (2.31 mmol) and alkyne (1.16 mmol). The solution was allowed to stir at room temperature until starting material was consumed 1- 10 hrs. The reaction mixture was concentrated, purified by flash chromatography to afford the targeted Triazolbenzo[d]thiazoles.
