The white solid V (0.28 g, 1.77 mmol) was dissolved in dichloromethane (10 mL), thionyl chloride (0.44 g, 3.54 mmol) was added, and the reaction was heated under reflux for 2 hours. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was cooled to room temperature, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to obtain yellow solid VI (5-fluoro-1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonyl chloride, 0.30 g, yield 95%) ), the yellow solid VI was directly used in the next step without further purification.
