Reaction Conditions:

Stage #1: 3-benzyloxy cyclobutanonewith (bis-(2-methoxyethyl)amino)sulfur trufluoride in dichloromethane at 20; for 5 h;
Stage #2: with diethylamino-sulfur trifluoride in dichloromethane at 20; for 20 h;

Steps:

1.a a) (3, 3-Difluor-cyclobutoxymethyl)-benzol

20.0 g 3-Benzyloxy-cyclobutanon (Bull. Chem. Soc. Jpn. (1984), 57 (6), 1637) wurden [IN 150 ML CH2CI2 GEL?ST UND EINE L?SUNG VON 25.0 G [BIS (2-METHOXYETHYL) AMINO] -] [SCHWEFELTRIFLUORID] in 30 ml [CH2C12] bei RT zugetropft. 5 h wurde bei RT gerührt und anschlie?end 12.0 g Diethylamino-schwefeltrifluorid zugegeben. Weitere 20 h wurde bei RT gerührt, anschlie?en das Reaktionsgemisch 3 mal mit je 100 mi Wasser gewaschen. über [NA2SO4] wurde getrocknet und das Solvens im Vakuum entfernt. Chromatographie an Kieselgel mit EE/HEP 3 : 1 und anschlie?ende Kugelrohrdestillation lieferte 27.6 [G] eines farblosen ?ls.
