(1) to the 250 ml added in single-port flask 13.4g (0.1mol) N-oxidation benzocarbazoles furazane, 6.6g (0.1mol) malononitrile and 50mLDMF, stirring to make it dissolve completely, dropping 2 ml triethylamine, holding 25 °C, stirring reaction 4h, after the reaction is complete is placed 0 °C cooling 1 hour, filtering, with 95% ethanol washing, vacuum dried to obtain 2-cyano-3-amido-Oxoquinoxaline-N1, N4-dioxide 17.8g, yield 88%.
