250mg (1mmol) 2,6-dibromotoluene, 57mg (1mmol) cyclopropylamine, 10mg (0.05mmol) cuprous iodide, 14mg (0.05mmol) N-carbazolyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxamide, 276mg (2mmol) potassium carbonate, 2mL of diethylene glycol were added to a 10mL reaction tube, sealed, and reacted for 36h at a reaction temperature of 25 °C. After the reaction stops, add water, extract with ethyl acetate, wash with water, wash with saturated saline, dry anhydrous sodium sulfate, filter, distill the filtrate under reduced pressure, and separate and purify by silica gel column column chromatography to obtain 3-bromo-N-cyclopropyl-2-methylaniline 203mg with a yield of 90%
