Preparation 8 3-Fluoro-4-(methylsulfanyl)phenol The title compound was prepared using a similar method to that described for Preparation 7 starting from commercially available 3,4-difluoronitrobenzene; δH (CDCl3, 300 MHz) 2.40 (3H, s), 5.03 (1H, br), 6.60 (2H, m), 7.27 (1H, m obscured); MS m/z (ES-) 157 (M-H+).
