Take 3-mercapto-1-propanol (300 mg, 3.26 mmol),2.2-Dithiodipyridine (2.15 g, 9.78 mmol) was dissolved in 10 mL of ethanol and stirred at room temperature for 2 hours.The solvent was removed and purified by column chromatography (dichloromethane:methanol = 100:1).The objective product 3 (537 mg, yield 82%) was obtained.
