Steps:

1-7 Specifically, the following steps are used for preparation:

Add 30.9g Hβ molecular sieve (silica-aluminum ratio of 20), 2,2'-iminodibenzoic acid (1.03kg, 4mol) and 3.0L toluene into the reactor successively, and stir at 20°C for 6h to fully mix and react. TLC determines the end of the reaction. After the reaction, it is filtered and toluene is recovered under reduced pressure under the condition of a vacuum of 0.094 MPa. The residue was distilled off and recrystallized with water. Finally, it was dried in a vacuum drying oven at 70°C for 4 hours to obtain 0.97 kg of 4-carboxyacridone, with a purity of 97.3% and a yield of 98.7% (for the yield, refer to Example 1. Calculation formula).
