Steps:

The compound 5-methanesulfonyl-2-nitroaniline 33b (0.65 g, 3 mmol), 10% palladium carbon (20 mg) and methanol (50 ml) were mixed, and then stirred at room temperature under a hydrogen atmosphere for 2 hours. The palladium carbon was removed by filtration, and the filtrate was removed under reduced pressure. To give the desired product 4-methanesulfonyl-1,2-diamine 33c (0.5g, white solid), yield: 90%.
