Intermediate 1 (3.00 g, 16.48 mmol) was dissolved in 50 mL glacial acetic acid and stirred magnetically.Slowly add 6mL of 30% H2O2 (diluted with 10mL glacial acetic acid) at 45 °C.The temperature was raised to 70 ° C for 4 h, and then the temperature was raised to 90 ° C for 11 h.After the reaction was stopped, about 130 mL of water was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate (yield: 80 mL × 3) and concentrated.Separated and purified by DCM:MeOH=60:1 column chromatography.3.00 g of a white solid was obtained in a yield of 85.1%.
