Add to the flaskA certain amount of 2,5-furandimethanol was dissolved in distilled water to obtain a 3.1wt.% 2,5-furandimethanol aqueous solution;Adjust the aqueous solution with phosphoric acid,Obtaining a reaction solution with a pH of 1.83;Add to the reaction solution0.04 times the mass of 2,5-furandimethanol with Pd as the active center (Pd: 5wt%),Catalysts supported by activated carbon,Replace the gas in the flask with nitrogen and hydrogen respectively,Finally, the flask is filled with hydrogen to form a hydrogen atmosphere during the reaction,The hydrogen pressure in the hydrogen atmosphere is 0.1 MPa.The flask was placed in an oil bath,The reaction temperature is 60°C,Stir the reaction for 2h,After the reaction, the conversion rate of 2,5-furandimethanol was analyzed by gas chromatography to be 99%.6-Methyldihydro-2H-pyran-3(4H)-one selectivity was 68%.
