90.1 Step 1: Synthesis of 5-nitrobenzo[b]thiophene-1,1-dioxide
Under nitrogen protection, 5-nitrobenzo[b]thiophene (800 mg) was dissolved in acetic acid (20 mL) and hydrogen peroxide (10 mL, 35%) solution, stirred at 60° C for 10 hours, and the reaction was completed.The reaction solution was quenched with aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution, extracted with dichloromethane, and the organic phase was concentrated to obtain 620 mg of the title compound.
