Procedure for the synthesis of 10a-10e:
General procedure: A solution ofappropriate compounds 7a-7e (2 mmol) and amine alcohol(2 mmol) in anhydrous DMF (20 ml) was stirred and heatedat 90°C for about 4 h. After total consumption of substrates,as indicated by TLC (10% MeOH:CHCl3), the mixture waspoured into water (50 ml), the precipitate was filtered off,washed with distilled water and recrystallized from absoluteethanol to give product of high purity.
