Compound 3 (70g), toluene (1000mL) was added to a 2L three-necked flask, cooled to 0 deg.] C ice bath; was added dropwise with stirring sodium azide (26g) and triethylamine (42mL) in toluene (300mL).After the dropping was heated at reflux for 12 hours.After completion of the reaction, cooled to room temperature, the reaction mixture was poured into 2000mL water.After liquid separation with 10% hydrochloric acid aqueous phase is adjusted to pH 1-5, a white solid was filtered off, drained.The filter cake (100 mL) and washed with cold water.8 hours and then dried in vacuo at 40 , to give a white solid powder 80g.
