81.a Step a): Preparation of 2-fluoro-N-methoxy-N-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzamide
2-fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzoic acid (5.0g, 24.035mmol), dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride (2.8g, 28.841mmol), HATU (13.5g, 35.527mmol), DIPEA (9.3g , 71.925mmol) and dichloromethane (100mL) were added to the reaction flask, stirred at room temperature for 1h. After the reaction, add water (150mL) to quench the reaction, extract with dichloromethane (150mL×3), combine the organic phases, wash with water (200mL×2), saturated brine (200mL) successively, dry over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filter , the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to give 2-fluoro-N-methoxy-N-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzamide; yield 87.0%;
