Step F; To the title compound from Step E above (170 mg) was added a 4M solution of hydrochloric acid in dioxane (2 mL). The resulting solution was allowed to stir for 3 h at room temperature at which time a precipitate had formed. The mixture was concentrated to give the title compound (128 mg; >99%). [M-Cl]⁺=159.
