Reference Example 10; Benzyl (3S)-3-aminopiperidine-1-carboxylate hydrochloride; [Show Image] The compound of Reference Example 9 (936 mg) was dissolved in dioxane (3 ml), and thereto was added 4N hydrochloric acid/dioxane (3 ml), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 14 hours. The solvent was removed by evaporation, and to the residue was added toluene, and the mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure to give the title compound (750 mg) as a white solid. MS (ESI+) 235 (M+1, 100%).
