First add 186 parts by mass of dodecyl alcohol into the reaction vessel,Properly increase the temperature to melt it completely,Then add 0.5 parts by mass of hydroquinone and 0.43 parts by mass of phenothiazine,54 parts by mass of acrylic acid (alkyd molar ratio 1:0.75),After stirring uniformly, add 1 part by mass of sulfonic acid type acrylic cation exchange resin with a crosslinking degree of 8%,The mixture was heated to 110°C and kept refluxed for 1.5h.And separate the water, then continue to react for 0.5h under reduced pressure.Add 36 parts by mass of acrylic acid (alkyd molar ratio 1:0.5), and increase the temperature to 130°C for 2h,And separate the water, and then continue the reaction under reduced pressure for 1 hour, and then steam out the remaining water and excess acrylic acid. Then the temperature was lowered to 105°C, and the strong acid cation exchange resin was separated by filtration. The filtrate is then alkali washed. The process is as follows: first add 40 parts by mass of water, then add 20 parts by mass of saturated sodium chloride solution, and finally add 15 parts by mass of sodium carbonate lye with a mass concentration of 15%, stir for 30 minutes and then stand still Set to dispense. After alkaline washing, the product is washed with water to neutrality,After decolorizing and drying at 55°C, a colorless and transparent lauryl acrylate is obtained. The yield calculated by dodecanol was 95.8%, the product purity was 98.87%, and the acidity was 0.2mgKOH/g.
