At room temperature, acetic anhydride (43.13g, 0.423mol) was dropped into the reaction solution for preparing compound 2 above. After the addition was completed, the reaction solution was heated to 90°C and reacted for 12 hours. The TLC plate detected that the reaction was completed. With 1 L of water, the solid product slowly precipitated out, filtered and dried to obtain 102 g of compound 3, with a total yield of 82.26% and an HPLC purity of 99.25%.
