Furof3, 2-clpyridine-7-carboxylic acid; Add furo [3,2-c] pyridine-7-carbonitrile (1.5 g, 10.4 mmol) and 28-30% aqueous ammonium hydroxide (50 mL) to high pressure reactor. Heating at 150 °C for 18 hours, cooling to room temperature and freeze-drying gives the title compound as a white solid. ESMS: (m/z) = 164. 0 (M++1).
