26.3 Step 3: synthesis of compound 21.4
The compound 21.3 (1.90 g, 9.42 mmol) was added into phosphorus oxychloride (20 mL), and stirred at reflux for 4h. The phosphorus oxychloride was evaporated under reduced pressure, the residue was poured into ice water and adjusted pH to neutral with sodium carbonate, the resulting mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate (50 mL×3), the combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure, the residue was purified by Flash column chromatography (elution: ethyl acetate/ petroleum ether = 0%~50%) to afford compound 21.4 (1.40 g, yield: 68%) as a yellow solid. m/z: [M+H]+220
