α-氯代苯乙酸乙酯性质、用途与生产工艺
化学性质
黄棕色液体，具有刺激气味。沸点162℃（6.0kPa），相对密度1.1594（20/4℃），折射率1.5152。
用途
该品是有机磷杀虫剂乙基稻丰散的中间体。
生产方法
以苯乙酸为原料，在催化剂红磷存在下于85℃通氯进行氯化反应，生成α-氯代苯乙酸，然后在60-80℃与95%的乙醇进行酯化反应得α-氯化苯乙酸乙酯粗品，将其冷却分层，分去水层后经减压精馏得成品（反应中放出的HCl气体，宜用水吸收后备用）。原料消耗定额：苯乙酸（95%）722kg/t、液氯455kg/t、乙醇（95%）522kg/t。
