4,4'-Diaminodiphenylmethane is used as an intermediate for the preparation of 4,4-methylenediphenyldiisocyanate, 4,4'-methylenebis(cyclohexaneamine). It is also used in the preparation of polyurethane foams. Further, it is used as hardeners in epoxy resins and adhesives.
