Uses: It can replace a certain amount of T501 or phenyl a∝ naphthylamine in transformer oil, reduce the cost of oil products, the economic benefits are very obvious.T553 metal deactivator can be compounded with commonly used antioxidants, antirust agents, viscosity enhancers, antifriction agents, cleaning and dispersing agents, etc., and the biggest advantage is that it doesn't form insoluble salts when it is used together with ZDDP. It has good oil solubility and is mainly used in transformer oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, Taicheng oil, HL general-purpose machine tool oil and turbine oil, etc. It also has remarkable effect on oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions.
Recommended dosage: 0.005%-0.05%.
