In a dry reaction flask, add 32 g of 3-methylphenylacetate and 1.5 g of azobisisobutyronitrile; replace with vacuum three times with nitrogen, add 160 ml of chloroform under nitrogen, stir and heat to reflux. 64 g of sulfonyl chloride and 0.8 g of azobisisobutyronitrile were added dropwise, and the mixture was added dropwise for 3 hours or more. After the completion of the dropwise addition, the reaction was continued for 0.5 h or more, passed the GC test, and evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure to obtain a chlorinated liquid.
