At room temperature, the compound I (10.0g, 37mmol) was added to 300ml of water, tetrahydrofuran was added 100ml, was added potassium carbonate (25.5g, 184mmol), the reaction was warmed to reflux for 2h, turning off the heating, cooling to room temperature, dichloromethane (150ml * 3) extracted with saturated sodium chloride solution (200ml), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, the organic phase by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure and separated by column chromatography (dichloromethane: acetone = 100: 15) to give compound II (6.1g, 79.2%).
