Add 172.97g of trichloromethane and 133.28g of triethylamine into a 1L reactor, control the temperature to 10, turn on the stirring, and slowly add 135.62g of sulfur dichloride to the system. After about 3 hours, the sulfur dichloride drops The addition is complete, keep the temperature and continue to stir for about 2 hours, the reaction is complete. The resulting reaction liquid was suction filtered to remove the by-product triethylamine hydrochloride, and then about 100g of water was added for washing to remove traces of unreacted triethylamine, and then the collected lower layer was heated to 65°C, and the traces were evaporated. The unreacted trichloromethane finally obtained 231.25g yellow oily liquid, namely perchloromethane mercaptan, the yield was 94.50% based on sulfur dichloride, and the tested density was 1.69, which met the requirements for use.
