[Biological Activity] DMPQ is a potent selective inhibitor of human vascular beta-type platelet derived growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase (PDGFR?) with IC50 = 80 nM. It is > 100-fold selective over EGFRerbB2p56protein kinase A and protein kinase C.
