5,7,3',4'-Tetrahydroxy-3-methoxy-8,5'-diprenylflavone is a natural product that can be extracted from B. papyrifera. 5,7,3',4'-Tetrahydroxy-3-methoxy-8,5'-diprenylflavone has potent anti-proliferation effects on ER-positive breast cancer cells, with an IC50 value of 4.41 μM for MCF-7 cells. 5,7,3',4'-Tetrahydroxy-3-methoxy-8,5'-diprenylflavone also reduces the tumor growth in the BCAP-37 xenograft[1]. | [References]
