1) According to the stoichiometric ratio of each element in the chemical formula, first weigh a compound containing tungsten ions (W6+) and dissolve it in an appropriate amount of dilute nitric acid solution. Under heating and stirring conditions, dissolve it completely. Then add an appropriate amount of complexing agent and stir evenly to obtain solution A. Next, weigh a compound containing cesium ions (Cs+) and dissolve it in an appropriate amount of dilute nitric acid solution. Under heating and stirring conditions, dissolve it completely. Then add an appropriate amount of complexing agent and stir evenly to obtain solution B. Mix solutions A and B and stir at a temperature of 70-100℃ for 1-5 hours to obtain a cesium tungstate precursor solution. 2) Aging and drying the cesium tungstate precursor solution at a temperature of 50-100℃. 3) After natural cooling, take out the precursor and calcine it in an air atmosphere at a temperature of 750-1150℃ for 5-13 hours. After natural cooling, grind it evenly to obtain a cesium tungstate powder material. |
