Befovacimab (BAY 1093884) is a fully human monoclonal IgG2 antibody able to bind to tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI). Befovacimab can be used for haemophilia A/B research[1]. | [in vivo]
In monkey plasma, Befovacimab exhibits an IC50 of 4.65 nM and 6.19 nM for free TFPI and diluted prothrombin time (dPT), respectively[1].
