 Triletide is a thromboxane A2 antagonist with good oral absorption activity. The biotransformation of Triletide mainly includes the formation of demethyl, deacetyl, demethyl-deacetyl and hydroxy derivatives. The distribution half-life of Triletide is about 1 hour, and the elimination half-life is about 5 hours[1].
