Broussonins A and B, new phytoalexins from diseased paper mulberry.
Broussonin A and nyasol suppress lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression at the transcriptional level through modulating NF-κB and down-regulation of the Akt and ERK signaling pathways.
