以4-吡唑硼酸频哪醇酯(0.50 g,2.58 mmol)和溴乙腈(1.3 g,10.8 mmol)为原料,在碘化钠(39 mg,0.26 mmol)和碳酸钾(1.0 g,7.8 mmol)的存在下,于乙腈(10 mL)中70℃反应过夜。反应完成后,加入水淬灭反应,用乙酸乙酯(3×10 mL)萃取。合并有机相,用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤并浓缩。通过硅胶柱色谱法(洗脱剂:10%至100%乙酸乙酯/己烷梯度洗脱)纯化粗产物,得到2-(4-(4,4,5,5-四甲基-1,3,2-二氧硼戊烷-2-基)-1H-吡唑-1-基)乙腈(0.38 g,收率63%)。质谱(ESI)m/z:234.1(M+H+)。
