[0492] 在氮气保护下，将L-焦谷氨酸（5.0 g，38.73 mmol）溶于乙酸叔丁酯（65 mL，0.48 mol）中，随后缓慢加入70%高氯酸水溶液（1.25 mL）。将反应混合物置于250 mL圆底烧瓶中，室温下搅拌18小时。反应完成后，小心将混合物倒入饱和碳酸氢钠水溶液中以中和过量酸。用乙酸乙酯（200 mL × 2）萃取水相，合并有机相并用无水硫酸钠干燥。减压浓缩有机相，残余物通过己烷/乙醚（10:1）混合溶剂重结晶。过滤收集所得白色固体，干燥后得到标题化合物(S)-5-氧代吡咯烷-2-羧酸叔丁酯S2（5 g，收率70%）。
