实施例1：化合物C-12的制备 化合物2 [(4-苯基萘-1-基)硼酸]的制备 [1081] 将1-溴-4-苯基萘（化合物1）（50 g，176 mmol）溶解于无水四氢呋喃（THF）（1 L）中，置于烧瓶内。将混合物在-78°C下搅拌，并缓慢滴加正丁基锂（n-BuLi）（2.5 M，于己烷中，132 mL）。反应混合物在室温下搅拌1小时。随后，将反应混合物冷却至-78°C，缓慢滴加硼酸三异丙酯（61 mL，264 mmol）。然后将反应混合物在室温下搅拌3小时。反应完成后，用乙酸乙酯进行萃取。将萃取得到的有机层用硫酸镁（MgSO?）干燥，并通过己烷固化，得到化合物2（30 g，产率68%）。
