(1)将邻甲苯胺、水和37%盐酸按邻甲苯胺与盐酸的摩尔比为1:1.2,邻甲苯胺与水的重量比为1:4的比例加入反应器中,搅拌反应30分钟;(2)将37%甲醛溶液稀释至10%;(3)通过平流泵将步骤(1)中的反应溶液和步骤(2)中的稀释甲醛溶液分别输送到微反应器的两个入口,控制邻甲苯胺与甲醛的摩尔比为3:1;(4)在微反应器中,两种原料接触、混合并反应,反应温度控制在40℃,液时空速为3000h-1,反应后的溶液从反应器出口流出;(5)将反应溶液冷却至室温,滴加氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH至约9,析出大量白色沉淀,经过滤、干燥得到3,3'-二甲基-4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(MDT)粗品;(6)粗品MDT通过乙醇重结晶,经过滤、干燥后获得纯品MDT,摩尔产率为86%,纯度为99%。
