3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷性质、用途与生产工艺

特性

硅烷偶联剂KH-540是三甲氧基硅烷，其水解速度明显快于三乙氧基硅烷KH-550，可提供更快的反应和固化速度，但其水解反应的副反应物是甲醇，环保性稍差。

应用

硅烷偶联剂 KH-540可作为添加剂或配制成底涂液而用于酚醛、脲醛、呋喃、聚氨酯、硅酮、环氧、腈类、酚醛、丙烯酸等涂料、油墨、胶粘剂和密封胶，用以提高树脂涂层的附着力、耐腐蚀性、耐候性、耐水煮性和耐擦洗性，延长使用寿命，并改善颜料、填料的在树脂相的分散性和结合性。

用途 

DB-551是一种具有反应性的新颖硅烷偶联剂，容易发生水解和交联反应，另外作为补强剂和交联促进剂广泛用于复合材料、涂层、油墨、胶水和密封材料等, 还可用作树脂改性添加剂和酶固定剂。
