甲麦角林性质、用途与生产工艺
Metergoline 是一种血清素 (5-HT) 受体和多巴胺受体拮抗剂，对 5-HT2A、5-HT2B 和 5-HT2C 作用的 pKi 值分别为 8.64、8.75 和 8.75。Metergoline 是 h5-HT7 受体的高亲和力配体，Ki 为 16 nM。Metergoline 还是一种可逆的神经 Na+ 通道 (Na+ channels) 抑制剂。Metergoline 常用于研究季节性情绪障碍、催乳激素调节。
Metergoline (3 μM) causes a 6.8±1.2 mV depolarizing shift of the steady-state activation curve of the Na
+
currents, and do not alter the inactivation curve.
Metergoline (5 mg/kg; i.p.) completely blocks the response to intrathecal 5-HT (2 μg).
