Minerval (2-Hydroxyoleic acid) 是一种合成油酸 (OA) 衍生物,能与质膜结合改变脂质组织。Minerval 具有抗肿瘤作用。
Minerval (25-75 μM; 72 hours) impairs Jurkat cell growth in a time- and concentration-dependent manner, with an IC
50
of ~40 μM.
Minerval (25-50 μM; 72 hours) also induces a marked and concentration-dependent increase in the proteolytic cleavage of PARP, a molecular marker of apoptosis.
