2-甲氧基-4-(2-硝基乙烯)酚性质、用途与生产工艺
化学性质
黄色结晶。熔点168-172℃。
用途
儿茶酚类药物多巴胺的中间体。
生产方法
先用15倍量乙醇溶解盐酸甲胺,搅拌冷却加入碳酸钠。静置后过滤,滤渣用乙醇洗涤。洗滤液为盐酸甲胺乙醇溶液,pH为9。将香兰醛用乙醇溶解,搅拌下加入硝基甲烷,再加入上述盐酸甲胺乙醇溶液,室温搅拌3-4h。20℃以下放置7d,过滤,滤饼用乙醇洗涤,80℃干燥,得成品,收率90%-93%。
